The investor of this project is a large-scale resource recycling technology company in Panzhihua City, which processes a large amount of steel slag every year. In order to produce high-quality steel slag micro-powder at a competitive level, and actively respond to the call for a circular economy of solid waste resources, it was decided to cooperate with CHAENG to build a general contracting project for a steel slag micro-powder production line with an annual output of 450,000 tons.
The production line adopts GRMSS40.31 steel slag vertical mill, which has lower energy consumption, higher grinding efficiency, and better steel slag fineness and activity. After the project is put into operation, it is estimated that the annual output of high-quality steel slag iron slag micro powder will be 500,000-550,000 tons, which can better meet the increasing demand for the addition of micro powder by the Panzhihua concrete batching plant and surrounding cement enterprises.
After commissioning, the production line project equipment runs smoothly, with low energy consumption, and the construction speed and quality meet the design requirements, which has brought rich benefits to the enterprise and contributed to the local economic development.
