During the working process of the ball mill, because some materials are relatively hard, the wear on the lining plate during the grinding process will be relatively large. It is necessary for the user to check the wear degree of the ball mill lining plate in time. If it cannot be used, it should be replaced in time, otherwise it will affect the production capacity of the ball mill.

3. Grinding media gradation and filling rate
Due to the change of grinding process conditions, the traditional grinding media filling method and filling rate design are difficult to meet the needs of current energy-saving and high-yield mills. The design must be redesigned according to the actual material size, grind ability factor (or relative grindability factor), liner and baffle form, installation position, mill power, speed, etc.
