3. There must be a certain material pressure when feeding. In terms of technology, the top of the feeding port of the roller press should be no less than two meters, and the feeding chute should be set at a vertical angle to ensure uniform feeding. At the same time, this also leaves enough space for the maintenance of the cement mill.
4. The cement mill should reserve enough space for inspection and maintenance. During the use of the cement mill, the roller surface and side baffles will wear quickly, especially the roller surface may need to be repaired frequently, so enough maintenance space must be reserved for easy maintenance.
5. Strictly control the feed particle size. For cement mills with different roller diameters, the particle size of the processed material, the proportion of large particles, and the distribution range of main particles are different. Before feeding, the feeding granularity should be strictly controlled to prevent the uneven force of the grinding disc from affecting the output of the whole machine.
