1. The temperature difference between day and night is relatively large, and there is no suitable refueling and water adding system, which causes the surface friction coefficient of the support roller and the belt to increase, thereby accelerating the wear of the roller.
2. The working environment of the supporting rollers is bad, such as a lot of dust, which makes the supporting rollers wear more, resulting in concave surfaces with different depths, and the bearings cannot withstand the huge thrust formed by the up and down movement of the kiln body, which leads to frequent wear of the supporting rollers.
3. The contact between the supporting roller and the tyre ring surface is uneven. During the operation of the rotary kiln, when the cylinder is bent, the inclination of the live ring will change relative to the supporting roller every time the kiln body rotates one circle. The contact surface between the rollers becomes uneven, resulting in increased wear on the surface of the roller when the pressure on the tyre and the surface of the roller increases in a local area.
4. The axis parallelism of the supporting roller and the rotary kiln shell exceeds the standard allowable value, which causes the contact surface to be too small and the surface force is uneven, which causes the surface wear of the supporting roller to increase.
5. Factors such as large vibration of the rotary kiln, inappropriate selection of supporting rollers, insufficient surface hardness of the supporting rollers, and lack of lubricating oil for the supporting roller bearings will also accelerate the surface wear of the supporting rollers.
So how should these problems be solved?
1.For the steps and chain degrees that appear after the wear of the supporting roller, a simple turning tool holder can be made, fixed on the site, and the surface of the supporting roller can be turned flat by using the rotating power of the supporting roller body.
2. Re-adjust the parallelism of the axis of the supporting roller and the rotary kiln shell according to the specification.
3. Regularly check the idler shaft to add lubricating oil.
4. When the vibration of the rotary kiln shell is too large, do not continue to work, stop and adjust in time to reduce the vibration amplitude of the kiln body.
5. Replace with new kiln supporting rollers if necessary.
